Frequently Asked Questions<\/span><\/h2>\n\n

When can my ceremony start?<\/span>
\nThat depends on the time of the year! March-October ceremonies begin at 6pm.  <\/span>November-February ceremonies begin at 5:30pm.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Can the dancing my dance floor be outside?<\/span>
\nYes, weather permitting.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

When does my reception end?<\/span>
\nReceptions end 30 minutes after the bar closes. So, the end time of your wedding will be based on which bar package you choose.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

How long of a bar can I have?<\/span>
Our bar packages are for three hours but you can add an additional half or full hour of a wine and beer bar to any package.  <\/span><\/p>\n\n

Do I only have craft beer to choose from, or are there other options?<\/span>
All of our bar packages include all of our craft beers and anything else we have on tap.  If you are wanting a specific product for your open bar we can see if it is available from our distributors.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Do you decorate? Do you offer decorations?<\/span>
\nWe can do some light decorating (for an additional fee) but encourage you to have any elaborate decorating done by a decorating contractor.  We do not have any decorations on hand at this time.  <\/span><\/p>\n\n

When can I decorate the reception space?<\/span>
 Generally you are allowed to begin decorating your reception space after 2:00 PM on the day of your event.<\/font><\/p>\n\n

Are kids allowed?<\/span>
\nAbsolutely! We do ask that they are always supervised though, as there are places for them to get hurt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

What table sizes do you offer?<\/span>
\n We have round and rectangular tables! Our 5ft rounds can seat 6, 7, or 8 people and our 6ft rounds can seat 8, 9, or 10 people. The 6ft rectangle tables can seat 6, 7, or 8 people and the 8ft rectangle tables can seat 8, 9, or 10 people.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Are sparklers allowed?<\/span>
\nThey are not, but fun alternative options are bubbles, glowsticks, and LED pom pom lights!<\/span><\/p>\n\n

When can my guest arrive?<\/span>
\nFor a 5:30pm ceremony, guest are welcome to start arriving at 5pm. For a 6pm ceremony, guests are welcome to start arriving at 5:30pm.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Can my guests get a drink before the ceremony?<\/span>
\nThis is up to the bride and groom.  We will always have water and tea available for guests before the ceremony.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Is outside alcohol allowed?<\/span>
\nNo outside alcohol is allowed on the premises.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Who are the private ready rooms available to?<\/span>
\nAs there is limited space, we recommend only those walking in the ceremony \u2013 bridal party, parents, and grandparents.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Are drinks provided in the private ready rooms?<\/span>
\nThe mini fridges will have soda and water available. Limited beer and wine are available upon request. No red wine is permitted – it stains everything.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Can my guests leave their vehicles if they\u2019ve had too much to drink?<\/span>
\nYes! We want all wedding attendees to be safe. We only ask that vehicles left overnight are picked before 11am the next day and the wedding party informs our staff how many vehicles are being left overnight.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Are petals allowed to be thrown?<\/span>
\nAbsolutely, so long as they are real.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Can I have real flame candles at the reception?<\/span>
\nYes, but they must be in a vase or votive of some kind. No open flame\/candlesticks.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Do you have overnight accommodations on the property?<\/span>
\nWe do not, but there are hotels close by in Festus, Arnold, and the Butler Hill exit off highway 55 that we recommend!<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Are buses\/limos permitted?<\/span>
\nOf course! We have specific parking for buses and limos.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Can I clean up the next day?<\/span>
\nAnything you bring in must leave with you at the end of the night. Decorations and private ready rooms must be picked up before leaving.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
